I decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine immediately after high school, resulting in me moving from Vancouver, BC to Saskatoon, SK where I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Animal BioScience in 2016. While I did not grow up with many pets, my affinity for animal nursing, health and welfare led me to the Veterinary Technology program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic where I graduated with distinction in 2019. After completing this program, I worked at a very busy mixed animal practice in Moose Jaw before finding my way to Albert North Veterinary Clinic in the fall of 2021. I brought with me lots of experience, knowledge and love for surgery, anesthesia, and intensive care combined with my passion for teaching and mentorship. When I’m not in “serious vet tech mode”, You can find me cracking jokes and trying to make my teammates laugh. My home is filled by a menagerie of animals, including a rabbit, two dogs, two cats, and a small aquarium.
