I am Katie Bitz a CSR Receptionist here at ANVC. I chose this field for a love of working with animals. I myself have few pets. One of which suffers from a rare disease. When he was diagnosed ANVC took care of him as though he was one of their own pets. The experiences I had dealing with the clinic eventually inspired me to work in the field with the intention of helping other pet families. I have been working with animals for years now and have had the opportunity to attend many courses through those jobs pertaining to health, behaviors, and diet. If I had to pick a field of veterinarian medicine that interests me the most it would definitely be behavioral. I love many aspects about my job here at ANVC but I particularly enjoy the well rounded and awesome team of co workers here. I also find it incredibly rewarding to be apart of healing and caring for the wellbeing of people and their pets.  When I am not here at the clinic I spend most of my free time working on art projects, painting, and spending time with my handsome little cat Dean.
