Dr. Jo-Ann Liebe, Owner

Dr. Jo-Ann Liebe graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994 when she was awarded the Dr. Len Hurov Memorial Award in Small Animal Surgery.  She has shown and bred Dalmatians for over 15 years, producing numerous champions and specialty award winning dogs along the way.

 Dr. Liebe has a special interest in canine reproduction and behavior, especially puppy training.

Dr. Barb Eatock, Owner

Dr. Barb Eatock graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1991 with great distinction.  She has won two awards for excellence in Small Animal Medicine - the Marilyn J. Dodd Memorial Award and the Calgary Academic Proficiency Award in Small Animal Clinical Medicine.  She also won the Saskatchewan Veterinarian of the Year for Pets Magazine in 2003.

Dr. Eatock has been at the Albert North Veterinary Clinic since 1998.  She has a special interest in internal medicine.  

Dr. Eatock lives in Regina with her husband, two children, two cats and their Bull Terrier - Tim Bit.

Dr. Tracy Fisher, Owner

Dr. Tracy Fisher grew up in Calgary and moved to Saskatchewan in 1990.  She graduated with distinction from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997.  After graduation Dr. Fisher moved to Regina and worked at the Animal Clinic of Regina for three years before joining the Albert North Team in 2000.   

Dr. Fisher has a special interest in exotic animal medicine as well as internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.  She has also been very involved in volunteer work through the Saskatchewan Veterinary Medical Association.  In 2009 she received the "Veterinarian of the Year" award in recognition of her volunteer efforts.  Dr. Fisher has participated in several trips with the Remote Area Spay and Neuter Service to communities in Northern Saskatchewan to provide volunteer veterinary care there. 

In her spare time she enjoys running, fishing, horseback riding and walking her dogs.  Dr. Fisher shares her home with her husband Rick, three dogs and two cats.

Dr. Tara Baker, Associate

Dr. Tara Baker graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000.  She worked in mixed animal practice for four years in Moosomin, Saskatchewan.  Then her and her husband moved to Lethbridge, Alberta where she worked in a small animal practice for three years.  When Dr. Baker was expecting their first child they moved to Regina to be closer to family.  She started working part time at the Albert North Veterinary Clinic in March 2009.

Dr. Baker's strongest area of interest in veterinary medicine is wellness and preventative care.  Keeping on top of your pet's health with regular annual exams and recommended bloodwork can be key to catching illnesses early.

Dr. Baker's family is busy with one dog, one cat, and two young children. There are no dull moments around their house!  Besides taking care of the family and working, Dr. Baker enjoys walking, knitting and reading a book whenever time allows.

Dr. Meaghan Broberg, Associate

Dr. Meaghan Broberg grew up in North Battleford, SK and graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010.  Dr. Broberg has a keen interest in conservation and wildlife so before she graduated, she took a zoological medicine course in Oregan, USA.  She also spent time working with injured birds of prey and doing field research with double crested cormorants and fish species in Northern Saskatchewan.  Dr. Broberg moved to Regina after graduation and spent one year in mixed animal practice before joining the Albert North Veterinary Clinic in September 2011.

Dr. Broberg lives in Regina with her husband and two children.   She spends her free time reading, running, taking pictures, crocheting and playing piano.

Albert North Veterinary Clinic - Regina, SK - Veterinarian: Dr. Larissa Goodman

Dr. Larissa Goodman, Associate

Originally from saskatoon, Dr. Goodman graduated from Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015.  As a student, she did several volunteer trips for spay/neuter/wellness clinics on reservations in the nothern U.S.A. as well as Northern Saskatchewan. She was also a delegate at the international symposium on wildlife utilization in Southern Africa learning about veterinary wildlife medicine, including capturing rhinos and elephants.  She spent a month at calgary zoo on a clinical rotation in her final year of vet school and did an exotics rotation at WCVM, including the wildlife/bird ward.  Upon completing her degree she backpacked through Costa Rica, where she volunteered as a veterinarian at the Costa Rica Animal Sanctuary, working with sloths, monkeys, and tropical birds.

Dr. Goodman then moved to Regina and worked at a mixed animal practice, for her first year of practice.  Her interests lie in ophthalmology, dermatology, exotics, and wellness/preventive medicine.

Dr. Goodman's hobbies include traveling, backpacking, and several outdoor summer and winter activities including heading up to the family cabin in Northern Saskatchwan.  She also enjoys painting, reading, and of course spending time with her dog, Louis.
